Riccardo Tisci introduces bold colourful floral motifs that spread across a variety of Givenchy’s iconic bags - to be worn from morning to evening for resort 2012. The floral prints are oversize, blown-up computerized images of iris, pansy andbird of paradise. Each print captures the flower’s sensuality whilst bold colours and clean lines add sharpness. The vivid blossoms contrast with the bags printed frames that are embellished with mosaic-like studs and claws.he vibrant flower prints evoke new life to iconic Givenchy bags. Large day bags such as the Nightingale and the celebrated Antigona shopper come in cotton canvas. Matte satin gives evening versions of the mini-Obsedia bag and the clutch a soft touch.
