Why not…
put men in what is traditionally considered women's attire?
We're born all naked and dressed alike as infants. The rest is an elaboration.

Why not…
question the association of gender with specific shapes of clothing?
That's purely cultural construct anyway.

Why not…
keep seemingly feminine proportions and details to men's tailoring?

THOM BROWNE's menswear-hued womenswear turns into menswear.
The bracelet sleeves, inside girdles, high buttoning migrate.
The canvases, finishes and tailoring fineries are kept traditional.

Why not…
maintain the wardrobe as is it is?
Blazers, sack jackets, chesterfield coats, cardigans, button-down shirts, sack skirts, pleated skirts, trousers.

Why not…
keep the fabrics dry and the colors somber?
Two ply fresco, three-ply mohair, linen, seersucker.
Three shades of grey, navy blue, white, camel.

Why not…
The trademark wingtip brogue sprouts a fine high heel.

Why not…
binary thinking is natural. So is inverting it.

why not?
