ACNE STUDIOS – AUTUMN-WINTER 2017

Initially founded as a denim brand by a creative collective headed by Jonny Johansson in 1996, in Stockholm, Sweden. Acne Studios (A.C.N.E. = Ambition to Create Novel Expression) draws inspiration from contemporary art and photography for its cult collections. Rooted in Scandinavian minimalism, the label's perfectly cut staples and tailoring are buy now, wear forever investments. The latest Acne Studios the Fall/Winter 2017collection was inspirited by the finger puppets. At Acne Studios, it played out with long deconstructed linen dresses in earth tones that were cut along a skewed asymmetric line, floral-printed pieces, layered under the black suede jacket.
