The outstanding characteristic of modern Thai architecture of Erawan Bangkok and the distinctive decoration that captures the attention of all the buildings within the Erawan Group at Ratchaprasong Intersection has been a great source of inspiration. Not only does it exhibit clear stylistic differences compared to other buildings in the vicinity, but also from the initial stages of conceptualising the design, there was an intention to preserve the unique style. The hidden potential within this architectural masterpiece has been decoded, analysed, and synthesised, resulting in a renovation design that is both creatively captivating and responsive to the evolving context and needs. It exudes excitement while maintaining respect for the original architectural form, all at the same time.
